These terms apply to directdriller.com and to Direct Driller Magazine subscriptions. Direct Driller Magazine is published by Agri Web Media Limited, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 08406424), VAT Registration No. GB 178351289. Subscriptions
We offer two subscriptions. The free digital subscription gives you online access to every issue and back issue at no cost. The print subscription (currently £25 per year, including delivery) brings the printed magazine to your door four times a year — typically January, April, July and October — and includes full digital access.
Print subscriptions are available to UK delivery addresses only. International readers are welcome to the free digital subscription. All prices include VAT where applicable; printed and digital magazine subscriptions are zero-rated for UK VAT.
Payment and renewal
Print subscriptions renew automatically each year using the payment card saved at checkout, and a VAT invoice is emailed with every payment. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the My Account area, and we will email a reminder-free, no-quibble confirmation. If a renewal payment fails and cannot be collected, the subscription (and magazine deliveries) will stop at the end of the paid period.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel your print subscription at any time from My Account or by contacting us. If you cancel part-way through a subscription year, we will refund the part of your payment relating to issues not yet sent to you, calculated pro rata on the four issues in each subscription year. Issues already dispatched are not refundable.
If a subscriber passes away, their family or representatives can contact us at [email protected] and we will cancel the subscription and refund the remaining issues pro rata without any formality.
Delivery and address changes
The magazine is posted to the delivery address held in your account. Please keep it up to date — you can change it at any time via the Change Address option on this website. We cannot replace issues sent to an out-of-date address. Print delivery is available to UK addresses only; if you move outside the UK, your print subscription will be cancelled with a pro-rata refund and you can continue with the free digital subscription.
Your account
Signing in to directdriller.com uses The Farming Forum account system, which we share. Your email address and password are managed there; your delivery address and subscription are managed here on directdriller.com.
General
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
